Origin and History
The language of the Akposso people, predominantly in the Plateau region of Togo, west of Atakpamé, but also in eastern Ghana, is Kposo or Ikposo. It is considered one of the languages of the Ghana-Togo Mountains, but it does not have the noun class structure that is typical of the group's other languages.
