Telugu language, origin and dialects spoken over the world.

Origin and History

Telugu is a language spoken in the southern part of India. The whole of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana' speaks this as their official language. It's one of the Republic of India's twenty-two scheduled languages. Telugu is India's second largest spoken language and the world's 15th largest spoken language. The government of India granted it the status of a class since it is one of the oldest languages in the world.

The literature dates back to 7000 years before CE and is the only language other than Sanskrit that has the Avadhana linguistic prakriya (literature game), which has vanished over time in other languages. Languages have also become relatively simple and simple pronunciations have been accepted, which is why certain standard Telugu sounds are absent in many other languages.

Proto-Dravidian gave birth to 21 Dravidian languages, according to linguists. They can be divided roughly into three categories: the Northern, Central and Southern Dravidian language groups. There are ten languages in the central group, of which only Telugu has become a civilised language and the other nine languages have remained tribal languages. Telugu is the Dravidian family's most commonly spoken language, which consists of 24 languages that cover all of South Asia, from Baluchistan to Sri Lanka.

The history of scripts is almost independent of the history of languages in India. The present similarity of scripts between Telugu and Kannada, which, along with Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and others, comes under the southern group of Proto-Dravidian languages, has much more to do with the law of the Chalukyas than the similarity between the languages.

Countries spoken

Telugu is spoken predominantly in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry district of Telangana and Yanam, as well as in the neighbouring states of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and West Bengal in India. It is also spoken in the United States, where there are more than a million Telugu diaspora, as well as in Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain, Canada, Fiji, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Ireland, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and several other countries in Western Europe, where there is also a large Telugu diaspora.
